Enterprise - We are: Type of Company?

When it came to the type of company section of the business plan when we were putting it together, we hadn't really put too much thought into this, so Beth had a quick look into the types available to see which would best suit us and what we are planning to do.

We decided that we would register the company as a Limited Liability Company as this will give each of us equal shares of the business, and just incase one of us decided to run away and take all of the money with us, the rest of us wouldn't be screwed basically.
