Enterprise - We are; First look at spaces

Now that we have a good idea on the sort of size of space we will be wanting, we started having a look at the sort of spaces available in Leeds that are available around these sizes to get an idea on the prices we will be looking at.

Here's a selection that we came across while we were looking that we really liked. The location of them are pretty idea, close to the train station but not too in the city center, but still a walking distance away. The are also really nicely decorated and done out. The prices of them are a little pricey though, so maybe we need to look into some sort of time scale as to when we could afford this sort of space. These are just a quick look for now to get an idea before making any certain decisions, so we will see.
